Right-click on the McAfee icon in the system tray located in the lower right corner of your computer screen and choose "Open SecurityCenter"

Click the "Internet & Network" button in the middle of the screen and then click the "Configure" button in the lower right portion

Click the Advanced button. Note: You can disable the firewall by clicking the "Off" option and then choosing a period of time to leave the firewall disabled

In the right-hand column, click the "Program Permissions" link. In the list of programs that appear, scroll down to find "WebConference Plug-in". Then click "Grant Full Access" in the lower-right portion of the screen. Click OK.

In older versions of McAfee, click the "Personal Firewall" tab on right hand side

Click the "Internet Applications" tab on right side. Search for "WebConference Plug-in" in list of programs and the click "Allow Full Access" in lower Right. Click OK.
