Right-click the Norton icon in the
system tray located in the lower right corner of your computer screen and
then click on Open Norton Protection Center |

Click the Norton Internet Security tab |

|
Click the yellow bar that says
"Settings" |
|
 |
|
|
Click the item that says
"Personal Firewall" |
|
 |
|
|
Click the button that says
"Configure" (Note, you can disable the fireall by clicking the
"Turn Off" button, and then selecting a period of time to leave
disabled. |

|
On the left side column, click the
item called "Program Control". Scroll through the list of
programs until you find "WebConference Plug-in" |
|
 |
|
|
Click on the combo boc under
"Access" next to the WebConferencePlugin item and choose
"Allow" and then click OK. Continue clicking OK until you return
to the Protection Center and close it. You can now enter the conference
room normally. |

In earlier versions of Norton, you
open Norton Internet Security, click "Status & Settings",
then click "Personal Firewall", and then "Configure" |

|
|
Click the "Programs" tab at
the top. Then search for WebConference Plug-in in the list and change it
to "Permit All". |
