Right-click the PC-Cillin icon in system tray located in the lower right corner of your computer screen and choose "Open Main Console"

Click the "Personal Network & Firewall Controls" button And then click the "Settings" button

Select the "Direct Internet Connection and tehn click the "Edit button. Note: To deactivate the fiewall, uncheck the box at the top and then choose a time to remain disabled.

Click the "Program Control" tab and in the list of programs, serach for "WebConference Plug-in"

Select the WebConference Plug-in and click the Edit button

Select the "Simple Mode" option and then select "Allow". Click OK.
