Right-click the Zone Alarm icon
in the system tray located in the lower right corner of your computer
screen and choose "Restore ZoneAlarm Control Center"
Click "Program Control" in
right column. In the resulting list, search for "WebConference
Plug-in". Next to WebConference Plug-in, under the "Access"
column, click on the question mark or X (both of them) and choose
"Allow". You do NOT have to do this under the "Server"
column.
The result should be 2 green
checkmarks under the Access column for the WebConference Plug-in. Click
the OK button and close the Control Center
TO DISABLE ZONEALARM:
Right-click the Zone Alarm icon in the
system tray located in the lower right corner of your computer screen and
choose "Shutdown ZoneAlarm" to disable the firewall.
