Caption Colorado Real-Time Conference Captioning (RCC) Services:

IDEAL Group "Always on Top" Application
This is a tiny tool that makes a window "always on top." This should be used and applied to all RCC service windows. Once you click the link above two hot-keys will be enabled. They are as follows:
- Ctrl-Alt-T: Toggles the foreground window to "always be on top" and "not always on top;
- Ctrl-Alt-Q: Exits Always On Top Window.

Video Relay Services (VRS):

Please note: In order to comfortably and effectively use Video Relay Services (VRS) to actively participate in a PC-based online conference session the display of your VRS system will need to be located immediately next to (or above) your PC screen. In this manner you will be easily able to see what is being displayed in the virtual conference room (i.e. PowerPoint slides) and comfortable look between your VRS display and the display of your PC.
