How to Participate in the Webinar
There are two options for particpating in the Webinar.
- Option #1 is the preferred method.
- Option #2 is available for those participants using Macs or Linux OS or for those participants that are unable to download and install the IDEAL plug-in.
- Speakers or Headphones are required for audio (make sure your sound is turned on and the volume is turned up).
- On the day of the webinar, the conference room will be "locked" until 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Option 1: Standard Installation & Login for Participants
Download Explorer 8 (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/default.aspx)
If you are using a Mac or Linux computer please use Option #2.
- Download and install the IDEAL Conference ® Plug-In (Fig. 1)

Tip: Select "Run" to download the file. If you receive a security warning that says "publisher of the software could not be verified," ignore and select "Run" to install the application. We strongly recommend all users to contact their IT department for assistance with the installation.
- Once the plug in has been installed, enter the conference room
- Login to the conference room
A new window will open with two fields (Fig. 2)
- In the "User Name" field type your first and last name.
- Leave "Password" field blank.
- Select the "Log On" button.

Option #2: Log in Using the Web Client
- If not currently installed on your PC, you can download Java by clicking on this link.
- Please follow the installation instructions. (Fig. 1)
Tip: Before installing Java, you must close all other windows.
- After installation is complete, you may enter the conference room via the web client
- Login to the conference room
A new window will open with two fields (Fig. 2)
- In the "User Name" field type your first and last name.
- If a Password field displays (it may not) please leave it blank.
- Select the "Log On" button.
