Place a Caption Colorado Real-Time Conference Captioning (RCC) Call

Read all the following steps before completing any of them:

1. Click this link before the scheduled conference.

2. Enter the confirmation number provided by Caption Colorado in the upper right-hand corner of the window that opens.

3. Click on the Enter button.

4. Enter your name and company.

5. Click on the Submit button.

6. You will be taken to the Web page containing the live captions.

7. You will then see the live captioned text from the conference call.

8. Type the comments you'd like to make into the text box provided.

9. The captioner will speak your comments to participants in the conference.
