Online, real-time, captioning technology allows people who are deaf and hard-of-hearing to engage in a live audio conversation online while captioners transcribe and stream what is being said into a window that accompanies the online conference.

An up-to-the-minute near-verbatim transcript of the discussion is available to all participants within minutes after the conference.  The transcript can be saved, printed and archived for future review.
